As factory certified installers, Famtec technicians are trained in the field of digital and analog surveillance systems installation and implementation. Our installers were trained at various job sites doing hands-on work on actual buses.

Experience is the key. We acquired ours coast to coast installing one, two, three and four camera systems in California, New York, Florida and many points in-between.

Our field crews work on location all over the United States and can create an implementation schedule that will work for any transportation timetable. Weekends are often used to accelerate installation times. We understand that your buses need to be rolling with as little down time as possible.

All Busses All The Time

We work on all makes, models and years. Our installers have put digital systems in buses as old as 1978, and as new as today’s rigs with multiplex wiring systems. A typical digital, one-camera installation takes about two to two-and-a-half hours. We’ve done as many as eight complete systems in a 12-hour day.

All installations are turn key. When our installers leave, your systems are fully functional and ready for use. Dates, times and bus Ids are set. Each system is tested upon completion. Audio and video samples are taken from every bus and supplied to the district for examination. Each bus must be inspected by authorized district personnel before our crew can move on to the next bus. We leave no stone unturned and very little room for error.

Training From Top To Bottom

Complete product training comes with every installation job. Our technicians provide computer software setup and instruction. We want you to know exactly how to use the system before we leave. In fact our crews teach and then test district users at the conclusion of every job. What good is a system if you don’t know how to use it?
